All the experts say that covid 19 spreads indoors and in the cold so we decided to move our "bubble" to somewhere warm where we can stay outside. Perhaps the government should subsidise our holidays so that we are less likely to catch the virus and if we do it will be a foreign hospital which has to deal with us.

Getting to the islands was not easy as related on the next page but once here we had a very pleasent three weeks, including Christmas, on La Gomera and then moved onto La Palma where we spent 5 more weeks. The blog was updated every couple of days.
